Production

This sector is strategic, and is subject to constant 
innovation. It involves three departments:

Tool and die shop:  the crowning glory of the 
company. This is where the plastic injection 
moulds are made and it is composed of a CAM 
workstation, two machining centres, plunge & wire 
EDM , CNC lathe, radial drills, etc.

Plastic injection moulding  for parts made from PP, 
ABS, PA, PE, PC, etc. 
This department is extremely modern and is fitted 
with: 90 to 1000 tonne hydraulic presses, with 
incorporated personal computer and 3-axis gantry 
robot; two overhead travelling cranes; three colour 
pad printing machines; storage bins/silos for 
plastic compounds.

Assembly lines  equipped with pneumatic torque 
control screwdrivers. Height-adjustable benches. 
Swivel tables with assembly templates. 
Computerised test and inspection station at end of 
assembly line.
Tests carried out on 100% of production: earthing, 
dielectric strength, pressure seal of hydraulic circuit, 
electric and hydraulic characteristics, correct 
functioning of safety float, etc.
