Our Quality Assurance guarantees that production processes are based 
on compliance with the uncompromising manual where everybody’s jobs and 
responsibilities are defined.
The premise behind this is keeping staff well-trained. They are constantly 
encouraged to apply the skills learnt to achieve excellent results. 
The highly qualified workers ensure that the different production processes 
are kept under constant control, by testing and inspecting incoming products, 
carrying out controls during production phases, with inspections and tests 
on finished products, as follows:

1 power and electric current required
2 heating
3 leakage current and dielectric strength at working temperature
4 humidity resistance test
5 stability against mechanical hazards
6 mechanical strength
7 corrosion resistance
8 creepage distances, clearances and distance through insulation

Despite these stringent internal quality control procedures, Gisowatt still submits 
its appliances for approval by leading European Certification Agencies.
